Orders are accepted subject to availability of fish and the price prevailing at the date of delivery. To avoid disappointment all orders should be placed in writing at least 6 months prior to delivery date. Persons entering into agreement with the Erne & Melvin Enhancement Co Ltd for the delivery of live fish will be held liable to make good any loss of stock arising from delays for which they are responsible. When the purchaser or agent collects fish or ova at the Marble Arch Fish Hatchery the Erne & Melvin Enhancement Co Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any losses incurred once the consignment has left the premises. No Fish can be supplied without the provision of statutory agency fish health and fish movement documentation. Erne & Melvin Enhancement Co. Ltd will advise and support the application for these documents. |
